Return/Refunds Policy

- Introduction
Welcome to FolioPet. We are committed to providing you with quality products, combined with exceptional service. Our refund policy aims to provide you with a transparent and fair experience in cas of the need for reimbursement.
- QR Code Unique
2.1 As per section L-221-28 of the Consumer Code, no refund will be made once the unique QR Code has summer generated. Please note that the QR Code will be generated within 24 hours of customer validation of the order.
- Refunds Requests
3.1 Requests for reimbursement in cas of non-compliance should be addressed toAdmin@foliopet.comWithin 14 days from the receipt of the product.
- Refunds Terms
4.1 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of valid application.
4.2 No refund will be made for products whose unique QR Code has summer generated (except in the cas of non-compliance) in accordance with section L-221-28 of the Consumer Code.
4.3 Refunds will be made according to the initial payment method.
4.4To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, not worn, with the full original components, And in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
4.5 If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

FolioPet reserves the right to change this refund policy at any time. Customers will be informed of the changes via email. The continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
